Refund policy

We know that every now and then things just aren’t quite right and we really do want you to be totally satisfied. In the event of anything not being to your satisfaction please contact us and we will endeavor to put things to rights in double quick time.

More specifically, if there is any manufacturing fault or defect or other problem with your product, then we will replace with an identical or equivalent item, or at our discretion, repair the fault or defect in a timely manner.

We make every effort to inform and educate our customers in order to assist them with buying the best product for their needs. Please consider your choice carefully, as we can’t accept returns or replace products where you have simply had a change of heart.

If you would like to change or cancel your order before it has been shipped please get in contact with us as soon as possible, as once the order has been shipped we are no longer able to cancel or make changes to your order.
