Super Jolly V Up Manual vs Super Jolly Pro Timer Manual

The main differences between the V Up model and the Pro Timer model is the switch and the burr change mechanism.
Switch: V Up has a on off switch to start the grinder whereas the Pro Timer model has a timer switch that runs for a specific amount of time which allows you to keep filling the dosing chamber while you are in a busy work flow without over filling.
Burr Change Mechanism: With the Pro model you are able to change the burrs without losing your grind settings. Remove the hopper and undo the 4 screws on top to remove the collar housing and replace the burrs. This leaves the grind setting the same as you left it removing the need to readjust your grind settings each time, reducing downtime. This also makes it easier and quicker to clean.
